Does not promise, assure or guarantee returns, and does not imply that SEBI registration guarantees performance.
Does not use client testimonials, celebrities or endorsements.
Does not use the SEBI logo or claim SEBI approval of our services.
Does not offer gifts, inducements or incentives to subscribe.
Does not present past performance selectively; where performance is shown, it is shown as permitted by SEBI.

2. Use of the Alphabulls Name and Logo

The Alphabulls Capital name, logo, website content and research are the property of Umang Rajesh Bhutada. No person or entity may use them, or present themselves as acting for Alphabulls Capital, without our prior written permission.

We have not authorised any third party, agent, influencer or group to sell our services, collect fees or share our research on our behalf.
